Jerry Arbittier – Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Has 30+ years of executive leadership and industry experience in survey research and project management. During the past 20 years, Mr. Arbittier founded two successful panel sampling companies in the Healthcare Industry. Mr. Arbittier has conducted thousands of healthcare marketing research studies, developed  the initial sample for Arbitron’s first TV meter panel, and was in charge  of product development and research for Kantar Media. He holds a Master’s Degree in Survey Sampling and Statistics from Temple University. When he is not working, you can find Jerry at the beach with his family or a Broadway show!

Matt Walmsley – Partner, Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer

A strategist and operator with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare market research. His career has spanned from hands-on operational roles to executive leadership, where he has been instrumental in bringing traditional methodologies into new, data-rich frameworks; always with a commitment to clarity and client-first solutions. What defines Matt’s approach is the human touch. It is about people. Matt has built his career on empowering teams, creating tools that simplify complexity, and ensuring clients receive service and data they can trust and rely on. Matt  believes in starting small, proving value, and building momentum—an approach that works as well on the field as it does in the boardroom. Outside of work, Matt carries this same philosophy into his personal life. Whether coaching his daughters’ soccer and softball teams, or cheering on Chelsea with them on weekends, I’ve learned that leadership is about patience, intentionality, and celebrating progress one step at a time. These lessons keep me grounded and remind me why I love what I do: helping people and organizations grow with confidence.
